Children's 'BLAST' Weekend

From Friday 25th to Sunday 27th July, Shiloh held a celebration of children 'BLAST' weekend of events.

BLAST = Being Light And Salt Together and was a fun packed time for both children from Shiloh and the wider community.

Everything from bouncy castles to candy floss, from BBQ to crafts and quizzes, there was so much for children (and adults) to enjoy.

Mark Tatty Gordon (Pastor of Shiloh) said, "This event was to relaunch our children's work as we lost out on so much over the past few years, but we understand the importance of pointing children to Jesus, in the hope that from an early age they'll come to know Him as their personal Saviour."

Many volunteers helped make the entire event a wonderful success and Shiloh wants to thank everyone who supported the weekend of fun.

Thanks also to all who made financial contributions to the work, in particular those from further a field.

Sam Cully, one of the organisers said, "This is the beginning of something new, something we must build on to take this important work forward to the glory of God."
